How to Shop
Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. You may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time.
When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form
All charges for shipments will be listed before your final checkout. Once you submit your order you will then receive an Order Confirmation Number to which you can refer. Please include your daytime and nighttime phone number and e-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.
If any item is out of stock you will be notified and your payment will be refunded.
Order confirmation will be sent after completion of this process and dispatch details will be e-mailed to you with a tracking number immediately once your order is sent.

Shipping & Handling
- We ship to worldwide locations except for some limitations.
- Shipping cost is listed on the product information page. The shipping rate is based on the rates charged by local couriers.
- We will ship the product from our UK warehouse for all European countries’ orders.
- Orders will be available for shipment within 3 business days after payment has been cleared. Delivery time generally takes 3-5 business days to reach most of the European countries.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has been shipped. A tracking number from the local courier will be provided to you（Please note that it's only for orders insured) Buyers can also track the item through "My Account" on Fräulein3°8 website.
- For high value orders, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance to protect against loss and damages during the shipping process. You can select the insurance option in your check out page. For orders no more than 80 EUR, 5 EUR insurance fee will be charged; for orders above, 10 EUR insurance fee will be charged.
- All items are carefully packaged for export delivery. Fräulein3°8 will not be liable to item damage or lost during the shipping process.
In the event that insurance was purchased and a claim for shipping insurance needs to be filed, please contact Customer Services to initiate the claim. Fräulein3°8 will refund the cost or replace the item upon receiving confirmation from the insurance company for the compensation.
Customs clearance, import duties and VAT
- All European countries’ orders will be shipped from our warehouses in UK or Germany, therefore the order will not be subject to import duties.
- The price we listed is VAT included.
Fräulein3°8 will not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.
- We only accept PayPal payment for order under GBP500. Fräulein3°8 reserves the right to request payment via telegraphic transfer (T/T) for any orders.
- For payment by T/T, please contact Customer Services for transfer details.
Delivery will only be made after full payment has been settled.
- All electrical beauty products come with a 6-MONTH WARRANTY.
- During the warranty period, we will repair any Fräulein3°8-branded hardware products returned to us that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship. Customer is responsible for all transportation and associated charges for returning the original item/parts to Fräulein3°8.
- Each country has its own certification requirements. While Fräulein3°8 will ensure the quality standards of the products, It is your responsibility to ensure that individual products meet the certification requirements of your country before you purchase the product.

Return and exchange information
Thank you for shopping at Fraulein38.com! Our exchange and return policies are stated below.
- The Return and Exchange Policy describe below applies only to online purchases made through www.fraulein38.com
- DAILY TREATS: All sales in category Daily Treats are final. DAILY TREATS items cannot be returned for exchange, reward points, or refunds.
- For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, reward points or refund as described below, the merchandise must be returned and accompanied by the original return form and customs document (if applicable). Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.
If any item, other than DAILY TREATS merchandise, purchased at www.fraulein38.com fails to meet your expectations:
- It may be returned to store reward point towards your next purchase; or
- It may be returned by mail to the return address printed on the packet for a refund.
For refund of Online Purchases:
- Contact our customer service support to request for a return via email or by phone. Complete the “Return Form” by listing the return reason code and return quantity. Please indicate the items you are returning by placing a check mark in the Return box. You may otherwise ask our customer service support to do it on your behalf.
- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed “Return Form” and “Customs Documents” (if applicable). Affix enclosed pre-printed Merchandise Return Label to the outside of your return package. Please note that the Return Label is no pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Mail the package to the address printed on the package or otherwise stated by our customer service support in the email.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Returns for Defective Items and Wrong Items Shipped:
- Any defective item(s) or item(s) that was different from Original Invoice may be refunded or exchanged:
Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection. Exchanged items are not permitted for returns.
- By mail. To ensure proper processing, on the return form indicate the reason for return. If defective, describe the defect and if you would like a replacement, please indicate “exchange” on the “notes” section. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method.
- Or by email. Provide the information as stated in (1.a.) in your email and send to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return shipping cost will be credited back to the same form as the original order payment method. In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, you must attach the Return Shipping Receipt along with the Return Form. The shipping credit amount is subject to the following for returns: If standard post/economy post/priority mail is used, full amount will be reimbursed. If registered/express service is used, only the amount of standard post would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent.

Cancelling an Order
Should you ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing to you, you may return any of our products following the terms stated above. If you have not paid for the items, you shall need to confirm the order cancellation by phone, handwriting or email. We will notify you of the cancellation when we receive your confirmation.
All wholesales orders are welcomed if you are a trader, or potential operating partner.

- System Outages
- Fräulein3°8 periodically schedules system downtime for maintenance and other purposes. Unplanned system outages may also occur. Fräulein3°8 will have no liability whatsoever for the resulting unavailability of the Site or for any loss of data or transactions caused by planned or unplanned system outages or the resultant delay, misdelivery, nondelivery of information caused by such system outages, or any third party acts or any other outages of web host providers or the Internet infrastructure and network external to the Site.
- We reserve the rights to terminate any transactions and refund you the full payment.
- We reserve the rights to modify our shipping and handling, return policy, and other terms and conditions without prior notice.
